INDIAN WELLS LUXURY RESORT AND WELLNESS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

In partnership with Summit Developments, Genton Cockrum Partners purchased a vacant 15-acre site in 2022. The site is located along Highway 111 and Miles Avenue in Indian Wells, CA. The development is anticipated to be a luxury resort complete with a hotel and residences.
