Coronado Bay Club is a Class “A” apartment and condominium map project located in the Las Vegas suburb of Coronado Ranch, Nevada. The $45 million project consists of 29 buildings with resort-style amenities, and features 346 one, two and three-bedroom units. The project was acquired, entitled, constructed, and operated by Genton Cockrum Partners.

Investment Strategy

The Coronado Bay Club investment thesis was to capitalize on the on demand for new, residential rental units in the fastest growing suburb of Las Vegas, Coronado Ranch, Nevada.
