Senior Construction Manager
Assists with construction management for Genton Cockrum including: general contractor and subcontractor bidding and contracts; management of project budget, change directives, general contractor and subcontractor payment applications, software/systems, project controls, and closeout. Mr. Jones has ten-years of industry experience and previously served as (i) Senior Project Manager at Lendlease managing a 438-unit, $275 million tower, (ii) Project Manager at Webcor managing project controls and cost at the $1.3 billion Century Plaza Project and (iii) Project Engineer, Assistant Project manager at Build Group overseeing trades for several residential and tenant improvement projects.
Education: The Art Institute of Charlotte, BS in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Systems.
