Daelan Blankfein
Assistant Vice President, Investments
Responsible for project management and development for Genton Cockrum including due diligence, entitlements, construction management, sales & marketing, and lender/investor reporting. Prior to working with Genton Cockrum, Mr. Blankfein worked with Genton Property Group starting in 2012.
Most recently with Genton Cockrum, Mr. Blankfein has been acting as Project Director for Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles where he has been responsible for managing aspects of overall project construction management, post-closing buyer construction, sales & marketing, project budgets and schedules, lender/investor reporting, and working with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Previously, he had additional project management and development experience with Six25 Fair Oaks, a value-add 92,500 square foot creative office property sold in 2018, and bLAckwelder, a 163,700 square foot creative office campus development located in West Los Angeles sold in 2019. Since 2018, Mr. Blankfein also has been involved with redevelopment of the San Pedro Courthouse as well as entitlement activities for development of The Promenade at Studio City.
Mr. Blankfein is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson (CA DRE#02124003). Education: Pepperdine University, BA in Political Science with a Minor in Business Marketing.
