Blake Gregor
Construction Manager
Assists with construction management for Genton Cockrum including: daily on-site supervision of general contractor and subcontractors; management of project schedule, budget, and LEED; coordination with utilities and inspectors; and overseeing quality control, safety, punch-list, and project closeout. Mr. Gregor has eight-years of industry experience and previously served as Assistant Project Manager for Webcor responsible for the (i) delivery of over $100 million of interior trades for Brookfield’s Beaudry residential project and (ii) delivery of the lobby, Gold lounge & french restaurant at Century Plaza Towers. Prior to Webcor, Mr. Gregor was an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer for E.W. Howell Construction.
Education: San Diego State University, BS in Civil Engineering, OSHA 30 Hour, Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan or SWPPP & 8 Hour Fall Protection Safety Certifications.
