Aja D’Antignac

Director, Property Management (LEEP AP)

Responsible for Property Management for Genton Cockrum including development of individual property management business plans, preparation of property budgets and marketing plans, and managing the recruitment, hiring and development of all onsite team members including administrative/leasing/maintenance. Ms. D’Antignac will oversee the onsite resolution of resident issues, monitor leasing/move-in/renewal processes, ensure a high standard of resident experience for both market-rate and affordable housing management, make recommendations for project design and capital improvements, and continuously monitor market conditions to optimize pricing and profitability pursuant to business plans.

Prior to Genton Cockrum, Ms. D’Antignac worked for Holland Partner Group (“Holland”) in a leadership role for property management of new multifamily developments in San Pedro, Long Beach, San Diego, Oakland, and San Francisco, California for properties ranging in size from 271 to 426 dwelling units. During her time with Holland, she developed lease-up business and marketing plans which were then implemented successfully as well as managing adjustments for COVID-19 pandemic for lease-up and stabilized properties.

Previously, Ms. D’Antignac was Portfolio Manager, Gerding Edlen Management overseeing operations and leasing for approximately 400 multifamily units including market rate, affordable and student housing. In addition, she also held prior property management positions as Lease-Up Property Manager for Emerald Fund, Senior Community Manager for Greystar, and Senior Leasing Consultant for GHP Management that including new development lease-up, approximately $21 million of capital improvement projects, and management of below market rate or BMR leasing programs.

Ms. D’Antignac is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson (CA DRE#02197511) and Certified Occupancy Specialist with the National Center for Housing Management. She is currently pursuing LEED O&M (Operations and Maintenance) and WELL AP (Accredited Professional) certifications. Education: Woodbury University, BA in Communications.
