The site is comprised of approximately 125,000 square feet of existing retail buildings located on approximately six acres of land. Current tenants include: Pinz, Staples, Carney’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, City National Bank, AT&T, Kriser’s and Coffee Bean.

Genton Cockrum Partners is developer for the project including management of retail leasing and redevelopment/entitlement process.
